Shipping
Lumièrêve delivers throughout European Union countries with the exception of Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. All orders coming from addresses in these countries will be automatically cancelled.
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Express delivery with GLS in Italy (1-2 working days)
• Parcel delivery with GLS in UE (delivery in 2 working days in Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg; delivery in 72/96 hours in other European countries)
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, excluding Italian public holidays (1st and 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8, 25th and 26th December). Orders received before 9am will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 2 business days.
